Grilled BBQ Pork Chops

Ingredients

4 boneless or bone in pork chops (about 1 -1/4 pounds), 1/2- inch thick

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

1 bag Fresh Express salad blends

1/2 cup salad dressing

Directions:

Place chops on greased rack over medium hot coals. Grill for 5 minutes, baste with barbecue sauce, then turn frequently and continue basting for another 5 to 6 minutes until chops are cooked through.

Serve chops with additional barbecue sauce and salad greens topped with dressing.
